How to Start Selling

Getting started as a seller on ShopChill is simple, convenient, and designed to support new sellers in launching their online business with confidence. Just follow these clear steps:

1. Register as a Seller

Begin by signing up for a ShopChill account.

If you already have a buyer account, you can use it to log in without registering again.

Then, go to the “Start Selling” menu to access the Seller Center and begin setting up your store.

2. Set Up Your Store

Create your store name (maximum 30 characters).

We recommend choosing a name that is professional and reflects the type of products you offer.

Upload a store profile image and provide store details to build trust with customers.

Note: Please avoid including external contact information outside of the ShopChill platform, as this may violate our terms of use.

3. Set Up Your Bank Account

Add your bank account information to receive payments for your sales.

Go to the Seller Center, select “Finance”, and click “Bank Account.”

For security purposes, the system will ask you to enter your password before allowing you to add or edit your bank account information.

4. List Your Products

Start listing your products by uploading up to 9 images per item.

Provide key product details such as:

• Product name

• Category

• Price

• Available stock

• Product description

If you are selling pre-order items that require additional preparation time, enable the “Longer Preparation Time” option.

If this option is not selected, the system will automatically set the preparation time to 2 days.

การเริ่มต้นขายสินค้าบน ShopChill เป็นกระบวนการที่ง่าย สะดวก และออกแบบมาเพื่อให้ผู้ขายมือใหม่สามารถเริ่มต้นธุรกิจออนไลน์ได้อย่างมั่นใจ ด้วยขั้นตอนที่ชัดเจน ดังนี้:

1. สมัครเป็นผู้ขาย

เริ่มต้นด้วยการสมัครสมาชิกบน ShopChill หากท่านมีบัญชีผู้ซื้ออยู่แล้ว สามารถใช้บัญชีเดิมในการเข้าสู่ระบบได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องลงทะเบียนใหม่

จากนั้นไปที่เมนู “เริ่มขาย” เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ Seller Center และเริ่มต้นตั้งค่าร้านค้าของท่าน

2. การตั้งค่าร้านค้า

ตั้งชื่อร้านค้าที่ต้องการ (ไม่เกิน 30 ตัวอักษร) โดยแนะนำให้เลือกชื่อที่เหมาะสม เป็นทางการ และสื่อถึงลักษณะของสินค้า

เพิ่มรูปภาพประจำร้าน และกรอกรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับร้านค้าอย่างครบถ้วน เพื่อสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือให้กับลูกค้า

หมายเหตุ: กรุณาหลีกเลี่ยงการระบุช่องทางการติดต่ออื่นที่อยู่นอกเหนือจากระบบ ShopChill เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการใช้งานของระบบ

3. การตั้งค่าบัญชีธนาคาร

เพิ่มข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคารสำหรับการรับเงินจากการขายสินค้า โดยสามารถดำเนินการได้ที่หน้า Seller Center

เลือกเมนู “การเงิน” แล้วคลิก “บัญชีธนาคาร”

ระบบจะให้ยืนยันรหัสผ่านก่อนเพิ่มข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคารของท่านเพื่อความปลอดภัย

4. การลงขายสินค้า

เริ่มต้นลงขายสินค้าโดยอัปโหลดรูปภาพสินค้า (สูงสุด 9 รูปต่อรายการ)

กรอกรายละเอียดสำคัญของสินค้า เช่น

• ชื่อสินค้า

• หมวดหมู่

• ราคา

• จำนวนสินค้าในคลัง

• คำอธิบายสินค้า

หากสินค้านั้นเป็น พรีออเดอร์ ที่ต้องใช้เวลาในการจัดเตรียมเพิ่มเติม กรุณาเปิดใช้งานฟังก์ชัน “เตรียมส่งนานกว่าปกติ”

หากไม่ระบุ ระบบจะกำหนดระยะเวลาเตรียมสินค้าเป็น 2 วัน โดยอัตโนมัติ
