Delivery Methods Available on ShopChill

🚚 1. Standard Delivery

Best suited for parcels weighing up to 20 kg (based on actual or volumetric weight).

Maximum package size: 100 x 100 x 100 cm, with a combined length of all three sides not exceeding 180 cm.

📦 2. Standard Delivery Bulky

Designed for larger items weighing over 20 kg but not exceeding 100 kg (volumetric weight limit: 300 kg).

Maximum package size: 200 x 200 x 200 cm, with a combined length of all three sides not exceeding 600 cm.

💰 Shipping Fees & Additional Charges

• Shipping fees are clearly displayed before checkout and vary based on the item’s weight, size, and delivery destination.

• For deliveries to remote areas, an additional fee of THB 50 will be applied on top of standard shipping rates.

📝 Important Notes for Sellers

1. Bangkok Metropolitan Area includes Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan.

2. Differences between the shipping fee paid by buyers and the actual shipping cost charged to sellers may occur due to:

• Inaccurate weight input by the seller

• Missing dimensions for bulky items

• Weight measurement errors from the courier

3. If there’s a discrepancy in measured weight, sellers can report it using this form.

4. Actual shipping charges may differ based on:

• Service area coverage

• Delivery distance

• Time of delivery

5. Entering accurate weight and dimensions helps the system calculate the shipping fee more precisely and avoid unexpected charges.

เหมาะสำหรับพัสดุที่มีน้ำหนักมากกว่า 20 กิโลกรัม และไม่เกิน 100 กิโลกรัม (น้ำหนักตามปริมาตรไม่เกิน 300 กิโลกรัม)

ขนาดสูงสุดของพัสดุ: 200 x 200 x 200 ซม. โดยรวมความยาว 3 ด้านไม่เกิน 600 ซม.

💰 ค่าบริการจัดส่งและข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติม

• ค่าจัดส่งจะแสดงก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ และอาจแตกต่างกันตามน้ำหนักสินค้า ขนาด และพื้นที่จัดส่ง

• สำหรับพื้นที่ห่างไกล จะมีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม 50 บาท จากอัตราค่าจัดส่งปกติ

1. พื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล ครอบคลุม: กรุงเทพมหานคร, นนทบุรี, ปทุมธานี, สมุทรปราการ

2. ส่วนต่างค่าจัดส่งระหว่างที่ผู้ซื้อชำระและที่ผู้ขายต้องจ่ายจริง อาจเกิดขึ้นจาก:

• ร้านค้าใส่น้ำหนักเกินจริง

• ไม่ระบุขนาดสินค้าสำหรับพัสดุขนาดใหญ่

• ความคลาดเคลื่อนจากการชั่งน้ำหนักของบริษัทขนส่ง

3. หากพบว่าการชั่งน้ำหนักผิดพลาด ร้านค้าสามารถยื่นคำร้องผ่าน แบบฟอร์มตรวจสอบ

4. ค่าจัดส่งจริงที่ผู้ขายต้องชำระ อาจแตกต่างจากค่าจัดส่งที่แสดงต่อผู้ซื้อ โดยขึ้นอยู่กับ:

• พื้นที่ให้บริการ

• ระยะทาง

• ช่วงเวลาในการจัดส่ง
