2. Mobile Banking

Supported banks for mobile banking payments include:

• K PLUS (Kasikorn Bank)

• BualuangM (Bangkok Bank)

• Krungthai NEXT (Krungthai Bank)

• Krungsri Mobile App (Bank of Ayudhya)

• SCB EASY (Siam Commercial Bank)

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay in cash when your order arrives—ideal for those who prefer in-person payment.

⚠️ Important Notes for COD:

• Available only for orders with a total value not exceeding 30,000 THB

• If COD is not available for your order, the seller may have disabled this option — you may contact them directly via the chat feature

• If your COD failure rate exceeds 15% within a year, your access to COD will be limited to 3 orders per week

• 3 failed COD attempts within 90 days will result in a temporary suspension of COD for 30 days

If COD is unavailable, we recommend choosing another supported payment method for a smooth checkout.

3. เก็บเงินปลายทาง (Cash on Delivery - COD)

เลือกชำระเงินสดเมื่อได้รับสินค้า สำหรับผู้ที่สะดวกจ่าย ณ จุดรับสินค้า

⚠️ ข้อจำกัด ในการใช้งาน COD:

• รองรับเฉพาะคำสั่งซื้อที่มีมูลค่าไม่เกิน 30,000 บาท

• หากร้านค้าไม่ได้เปิดใช้ COD กรุณาติดต่อร้านค้าโดยตรงผ่านช่องทางแชท

• หากผู้ใช้มีประวัติชำระ COD ไม่สำเร็จเกิน 15% ภายใน 1 ปี ระบบจะจำกัดการใช้ COD ให้ได้เพียง 3 คำสั่งซื้อต่อสัปดาห์

• หากเกิดการชำระ COD ไม่สำเร็จ 3 ครั้งภายใน 90 วัน จะถูกระงับการใช้งาน COD ชั่วคราวเป็นเวลา 1 เดือน

หากไม่สามารถเลือก COD ได้ แนะนำให้เลือกชำระผ่านช่องทางอื่นที่รองรับโดย ShopChill
